Chairlift hook bolts.

I haven't installed them yet but so far can only give them 3 stars because I feel like there is a design flaw in the bike that allowed the hook to get caught under the lift and snap the bolts. I am not sure how you might prevent this but I assumed, considering this that I would be sent the bolts for free. Maybe I shouldn't complain because I love everything about the SnoGo and purchased a 2nd one so I could turn my friends on to it. Looking forward to the 3rd season.

Hi Bob. Thanks for being a great SNO-GO customer and advocate! All SNO-GO's are designed and built to meet industry standards when loaded properly. If the chairlift hook does not slide over the chairlift seat, the chairlift does not meet industry specifications, is not being operated properly, or there is some other element of human error going on. Ask the lift attendant to slow or stop the lift before your next load on that specific chair. Please report back if you experience an inconsistency. Thanks!
