Shipping policy

YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION when your order has shipped. All orders ship from Utah, United States. If shipping rates are not visible during checkout, please email info@snogo.us so we can determine if shipping is available to your location. 

SKI BIKE ORDERS - Ski bike orders are being processed in the order that they are received.

ALL OTHER ORDERS are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email with the exception of pre-orders and backorders. Pre-orders and backorders will ship when the product becomes available. Customers are charged for the balance due at the time of fulfillment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ORDERS Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Internationally shipping fees vary greatly customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties.

SNO-GO can ship to anywhere in the world that is available during our checkout process. We have currently shipped to over 50 countries. Currently we do not have specific distributors in each continent or country so you may pay an import tax upon receipt of your order depending on your country.
