SNO-GO Rentals Booking Terms & Conditions

By completing this booking reservation for SNO-GO Bike Rental from SNOGO.US, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All participants will complete the Rental & Demo Waiver form distributed in your booking confirmation email. All participants will also watch the tutorial linked below before attempting to ride the SNO-GO at any ski resort.

You agree to the following pick up & drop off locations & times:

SALT LAKE CITY - 14913 S Concord Park Dr. Bluffdale Suite 1, 84065
Weekdays Only
8am - 6pm pick up
8am - 6pm drop off

PARK CITY - 6125 Silver Creek Dr, Park City, UT 84098

Our rep will meet you in the back parking lot, 3rd driveway from roundabout. Do NOT knock on the door or enter the building. Thank you.

*Park City times are fixed. 

WEEKEND RENTALS

4 day minimum. No Saturday & Sunday Hours. Pick Up/Drop off - Friday and Monday Only. 4th day will be refunded if returned prior to 12pm.

NO DELIVERY SERVICES

If you are unable to meet the designated pick up and drop off times, we will cancel your reservation and refund your payment. Please contact us below.

Additional Terms

Pick Up & Drop Off Policy

You are responsible for pick up and drop off of your rental within the allotted time pick up / drop off delivery times. Drop offs must occur at the scheduled time. After hours drop offs are not allowed. Bikes returned more than 1 hour following the scheduled drop off time will be charged an additional day of rent per bike and additional day of rent per additional day the bike goes unreturned. SNO-GO reserves the right to charge the full MSRP value of the product rented for products not returned within 30 days of the scheduled drop off time. Additionally, you agree to forego the refund on your $75 deposit per bike once a bike is not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled drop off time. 


Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be charged 50% of the total booking. 


Damaged Rentals

Bikes returned with misused or damaged parts will be assessed a damage fee and the customer will be responsible for payment of these parts as outlined in the Rental and Demo Waiver form.
