"They never have parts and no customer service for customers. They have lied to me multiple times about incoming parts. Once parts show available on their website, they cancel your order after ordering. Horrible experience as a long time customer. Don’t expect any help from Sno-go ever since they sold to another company! They only want to sell you bikes, no parts when they brake!"
