Good bolt but awful aftersale communication and service

"Hello I ordered those bolt for OEM replacement if a bolt fail. It come with all you need, roller trust bearing, washer, OEM bolt. The product is not the problem but the aftersale communication is awful. I received a 95% shipping taxe when UPS delever my purchase. It was suppose to be free shipping?!?! I wrote 2 time at SNO-GO without answer after a month. . . . From a Canadien, dont buy parts from them. Use only Canadien"

"I bought a full set this winter for my Shift! Really good product. I had no issues with bolts breaking and very eazy to install. Be sure to use thread locker like Permatex Orange serviceable thread lock and follow the directions. Great product highly recommend"
