Two sno-go bikes

""I recently bought two snow bikes, and overall, I’m pretty pleased with them—they’re a blast to ride! That said, my experience wasn’t perfect. On the first bike, assembly was a headache: the clips were swapped, one bolt on the handlebar mount was wrong, and a part malfunctioned right out of the box. I reached out about the warranty, and while they did send a replacement part, I think the issue was a manufacturing error that needs better quality control. I ended up making my own fix, which actually works better. The second bike, though, was spot-on—no issues, everything worked as it should. These bikes have so much potential, and I love riding them, but the company could step up their R&D and double-check parts before shipping."

Always bending and breaking

"Love my Snogoes, but this part needs a one start review because everybody is breaking it consistently. And I have at least four bikes with bent tail pivot pins. How do these Bend and break?!? They need to make them stronger. They are not strong enough !!! Titanium?"

Rear qr pivot pin.

"I just ordered the rear qr pivot pin which broke on my bike. I paid extra shipping to get this to me asap. After reading the reviews I am skeptical that the pin will be included as it shows in the picture of what I ordered. There is nothing stating that the pin is not included in the part so I will keep my fingers crossed."

"The part arrived as expected. The website picture should really be changed; I expected a bolt to accompany the QR mount. I don’t recall, at the time of ordering, seeing any info stating it was not included."
