SNO-GO Launches Lifted Riders™ to Sponsor Adaptive Programs
This new opportunity will offer up to $10,000 in SNO-GO products to enable more adaptive programs to serve the needs of their community.
October 30, 2024 | Salt Lake City, UT — SNO-GO, the global leader in ski bikes, continues to shape the world of snow sports as we know it, expanding access to the slopes beyond the skier, snowboarder, and known adaptive participant. The SNO-GO bike product has enabled a new demographic of participants to engage in the mountain experience and now this Lifted Riders™ initiative seeks to expand awareness and create opportunities for even more people to participate. Visit www.sno-go.us and Lifted Riders™.
SNO-GO will be collecting submissions for sponsorship through December 12, 2024 from participating adaptive programs in collaboration with Move United. Sponsorship recipients will receive two (2) SNO-GO Shift bikes for their programs. Two programs will be awarded the sponsorship while another bike will be raffled off to the adaptive community. Winners will be announced at The Hartford Ski Spectacular Event in Breckenridge, Colorado on or before December 13, 2024.
To make a submission on behalf of your organization, fill out the form on this page and tell SNO-GO how much your members and community would benefit from having SNO-GO bikes.
“One of the greatest blessings we’ve encountered since starting SNO-GO is the opportunity for those with limited mobility to get out on the slopes in a way that was never possible before. We’ve come across hundreds of people who refuse to be limited by the restrictions of a sit-ski device but yet don’t have the means to efficiently manage skis or a snowboard. The stability of the three-ski platform on a SNO-GO guided by the control of one’s hands allows this community access to the mountains and the shared experience with friends and family.” states SNO-GO founder Obed Marrder.
Lifted Riders™ allows for a more harmonious relationship between the able-bodied community and those with additional needs. A portion of proceeds from each purchase of a SNO-GO bike helps support the Lifted Riders™ program. Additionally, individuals and programs can qualify for newly available adaptive pricing by also visiting the Lifted Riders™ webpage.
